Info: There are 2 ways to gain entry into the London Marathon, through the ballot entry system or with a charity. The ballot entry is no closed and you wwill now know whether you have been sucessful in your entry or not. If you have not been sucessful you probably would have been contacted by one of the many charities who have places available by now.
Full support will be provided by Healthwise in the form of training plans and nutritional advice, everything that you will need to get you around the 26.2 miles!!

London To Brighton Bike Ride 2009

Info: This is The British Heart Foundation's largest fundraising event of the year. Infact it is the largest bike ride in Europe!! Entries are taken on a first come first served basis but they fill up so fast that Healthwise would recommend getting your applications in the post no later than the end of February to do the bike ride in June!!
